By booking an appointment with KAWZ LASH STUDIO, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. These policies are in place to maintain a respectful and professional environment for both clients and the artist, and are compliant with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
1. Cancellation or Reschedule Policy
• Clients may cancel or reschedule once only, and this must be done at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. • Once an appointment has been rescheduled, further cancellations or changes are not permitted. • If a cancellation is made within 24 hours of the original booking, the deposit will be refunded minus any payment processing fees. • No-shows or late cancellations (less than 48 hours’ notice) will result in the forfeit of the deposit. • Refunds will only be provided as required under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
2. Late Arrival Policy
• Please arrive on time for your appointment. • If you arrive 10 minutes or more late, your appointment may be automatically cancelled, and your deposit will not be refunded. • Repeated late arrivals may result in future bookings being declined.
3. Payment Policy
• KAWZ LASH STUDIO accepts cash, credit card, and bank transfer. • All payments must be made in full at the time of service. • Prices are subject to change without prior notice, in accordance with market rates and product costs. • Deposits are non-refundable except where required by the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
4. Before Your Appointment
• Clients must ensure that the eye area is clean and free of makeup before the appointment. • A $15 makeup removal fee will apply if makeup needs to be removed before the service. • Please inform the artist of any eye sensitivities, allergies, or medical conditions prior to your appointment. • If you are under 18 years old, parental or guardian consent is required. • If you currently have lash extensions applied elsewhere, you must book a removal service as well. • If you have had a lash lift within the last 2 months, you will not be eligible to receive lash extensions. • Right to Refuse Service – The artist reserves the right to refuse or stop the service if your eye condition or health issue poses a safety or hygiene risk. If the treatment cannot continue due to excessive eye twitching, the service will be stopped immediately. This is beyond the artist’s control, and no responsibility can be accepted. Deposits are non-refundable in this case.
5. Liability & Disclaimer
• KAWZ LASH STUDIO will take all reasonable care during your treatment; however, we are not liable for allergic reactions, irritation, or damage that may occur due to undisclosed conditions, improper aftercare, or external factors. • Clients are responsible for following all aftercare instructions provided to ensure the longevity and safety of their lash extensions. • KAWZ LASH STUDIO is not responsible for the loss or shedding of lashes due to individual lash cycles, lifestyle habits, or external conditions. • Under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), you are entitled to remedies for major failures in goods or services.
6. Health & Safety
• For hygiene and safety reasons, no food, drinks, or additional guests are allowed in the treatment area. • If you are feeling unwell or showing symptoms of illness, please contact the studio to reschedule your appointment at least 48 hours in advance.
7. Agreement By proceeding with a booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all Terms and Conditions outlined above. KAWZ LASH STUDIO reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time, with changes effective upon posting on this website.
